Hi Mike,

The ProFiles report that you quoted from says:

"a director of the company has been taking the opportunity to increase his holdings in the past several months (69,000 shares).
Nobody is doing any selling"

Yahoo Financial has a new service which tracks insider activity. Check out: biz.yahoo.com

I'm assuming that the 69,000 shares referred to above were the ones purchased by Richard Plestina in April, at above $2.00 per share. Since February, Mr. Plestina has accumulated more than 120,000 shares. Purchases of shares by several other directors are recorded back to Jan 1997. The only selling shown is by Aries Financial Services, otherwise known as Paramount Capital. These folks are not insiders, but had such a large position at the time that they had to file.

Such accumulation of shares by directors (presumably privy to information that we don't have) is impressive to me. Especially when they purchase aggressively, paying over $2.00.

Regards,
Marc Kahn
