Papaya King, I am the EHS Manager for one section of an energy company. I interact with the EHS Drilling Manager daily. We will stack a few onshore rigs (they are easy to stack, and easy to recall quickly), and wait for economics on small stepout oil projects onshore to improve, but the deepwater moves forward- worldwide. Too long of a planning process and too expensive and complicated to turn those projects on and off very easily....And once you have a "deal" negotiated with a foreign government, you sure as heck do not want to re-open that to renegotiation...
