A query to the company is in order, but I believe you'll find that this is the necessary filing to make originally restricted shares sellable. When originally issued many shares had time restrictions preventing their sale. These shares require some sort of registration prior to the issuance of tradable shares. Time restrictions started ending around the beginning of 1998.

At least I hope this is what you posted.

What is there to make of it??? Looks like some regular insider trading, but nothing spectacular. The last planned trade (May 18th),
was one and only one insider selling some shares (probably at a handsome profit if he bought @ 1/8), no other insiders selling since the end of April announcements. The value at time of planned sale was .50/share. Want more info reading it or other q's on MHO of it just post or Email me. (no promises, I'm not a genius, but I'll see what I can do for anyone who has a question about it).

By the way,,,thanks for the post of the info! The better informed, and the more we take apart our investments,,,the better off we're sure to be!! :)

PS (I'd be concerned with at least one insider selling anytime from here out, unless I could see a justifiable level for profit taking again, then I still wouldn't worry unless he/she was selling all of it.)
