No Jan, you're the fabulous one.

Regarding your quizes. You put up one of those little sad faces because there wasn't much participation. Don't be sad, be happy to be spreading the P&F word and making a DIFFERENCE.

IMO people have four basic fears. The fear of 1) failure, 2) success, 3) looking foolish and 4) rejection. When you put up a quiz, there's not too many folks, especially if they're not sure of the answer, that are going to respond. That is, put answers on a screen for the whole world to see. (Hey everybody, look at me! I'm the dumb s--- that put my answers out here and missed most of them. Aint I special!) You see? That's damn difficult for some.

So, keep those cool tests coming. Don't stop because you lack on screen participation. Rest assured that we are all participating.

Suggest to folks that they can either 1) post their answer (and those that do deserve a star), or 2) write down the answer they think is correct on a sheet of paper at home. Then, when you later explain the right answer, they can see how they did and everyone learns.

Me? I have all four fears running in high gear and would rather have spikes driven in my eyes than post even the easiest answer.

Keep up the good work.

Eric
