Have you noticed that ACRT has moved up over the last two days without convincing block buys? I think that the MM's have been accumulating stock over the last two weeks and have moved the price up over the last two days because they know of some good news coming. When the news comes out (like a strong buy issued by a reputable brokerage firm), the mutual funds will start buying, the price will jump up temporarily, and the MM's will then sell their positions at a nice profit. My guess is that it will go up to the 16's and then come back down. What do you think?
