I share your sentiments . Perhaps if DOJ didn't attack Microsoft and Intel they would have the manpower to further pursue crooks who have managed to ruin the lives of many many small investors. The worst part is that some of those invoved in the illegal Sexi scam are unpunished and are doing essentially the same thing under a different company banner.
