Craig, since you are so certain Osicom is going nowhere but down, I'll offer you another chance at a bet on your terms... price at a certain date in the future. If I'm right, then you agree to never discuss Osicom on the SI and if you are right, then I will agree to never discuss Osicom on the SI boards. Being this is my favorite stock to discuss and your favorite to bash, I think it's a pretty fair trade off. Since you are so confident that your "5 minute research" is far superior to my discussions with customers, research on the products, and people I had discussions with in Atlanta, etc, you shouldn't have any problem making this bet.

It's clear that you think Osicom is going down and I think it'll go up. Let's go out 6 months 12/18/98. I beleive that Osicom is an easy double by the end of the year and you probably think it'll fold or at least revisit 52 week lows of 2 1/16. So, I'm willing to meet you half way (6.25+2.0625)/2 = $4.16. So let's say that if Osicom is above $4.16 on 12/18/98, I win and if it is below then you win. You shouldn't have a problem with this, especially since you will get the luxury of tax loss selling if they can't carry out their plans as I expect them to.

PS: Please short GMGC. I got a good kick out of the fact that you think it's still an Internet stock. I guess that says something again about the depth of your research.
