Rex, From past history, if Sandisk decides to fight the patent infringement, I would bet they'll win. Like you said, those that have already decided to pay, had some pretty good engineers but they couldn't pull a fast one over Sandisk. Regarding calls/puts, the way this market is going that may be the better way to go from what I've seen. I'm waiting to jump in on some calls myself. However, the catch is which month to buy without paying too much or having it expire before the big move comes. Good luck to all.
