Craig, I said it is similar to Jabil Circuit. My point was to demonstrate that they are a contract manufacturer and therefore they are in a similar line of business where margins are low. They are a solidly run business and I'm sure far more efficiently run. UniPrecision is located in China and is nowhere near the capacity utilization that Jabil is due to economic issues in that region... hence the drag on earnings we have seen over the last couple quarters. I know efforts are underway to bring capacity back up to where it should be, but that is a completely different can of worms that I won't go into here. Just by flipping through their Web Site, you could probably count about 300 people. They are both in the same industry and the comparison stops there.
