Grommitt, Correct "commercial oil stocks" includes refined oils, i.e., lubricants and greases.

Also you hit a very important point- and part of the reason why I am here. Yup US/North American storage tanks are bulging with crude oil. But those "bulging tanks" only hold a few weeks worth of supplies based upon the US's 18.6mm bbls/day usage of crude oil.

That is slight adjustments in the supply of crude oil worldwide can impact supplies and prices IMO.....
