CKFR has a large staff that pursues billers, and they are definitely going after the mortgage service companies and the large leasing/auto finance companies. Think about ebill from their perspective. It is an incredible opportunity to cross sell other goods and services to existing customers, it's huge for the finance industry. I think it will be some time before CKFR gets to billers like LA Water, because in perspective to other billers they have small volume and they are a municipality, have you ever tried to sell a city anything?
