My last post of the night. I apologize for prolonging the agony. But let's look at the facts. We know from Sojourner Smith that as of May 27th, 1998, according to the Transfer Agent, there were the following number of shares out: Fully Diluted - 102,576,331 Restricted - 66,649,182 Floating - 35,927,149 We also know from last year's 10K that as of the end of Dec. 31, 1996 there were 46,901,643 fully diluted shares out. I couldn't find any restricted/floating breakdown in there. That means there were 55,674,688 shares issued between Jan. 1, 1997 and May 27, 1998. I added up all the shares filed as 144's from the Yahoo list (though I believe it is flawed) and assumed everyone had sold. The total comes to 3,718,350. In the grand scheme of things this amount means squat IMO! Adding another 800,000 on June 15th still means squat in the grand scheme of things IMHO. However, as an indicator, insider trading should always be watched.
