One made the valid point...Maybe he's just gettin' ready. If there's a major pop coming he sure does not want to file afterward.

Chris: Hypothtically speaking if I felt that it was going to take 3 to 4 years for MINE to mature to a level of let's say $20/share, I would sell off a portion of my holdings at a $1.00 or so, and hold all my free shares... It doesn't appear that MINE is going anywhere (up) in any great hurry. Based on the so-called "proven" reserves the future value of MINE would at today's prices be only about $1.72/share. (6.000,000 x $25=$150,000,000 divided by 87,000,000/shares = $1.72/share). A bird in hand.... --GARY--
