Gary - Do you know if there has been any communication between Midland and the SEC regarding Fisher's shenanigans with the stock, and if so, the outcome?

Yes there has been and the SEC, NASDAQ, Transfer Agent and Dan Fisher all received a letter from the company detailing the chain of events and exactly what the company is doing about it.

Now the SEC is not going to shut down Midland because Midland is doing exactly what the SEC would be doing. Also the SEC may be looking at the company they will not step in unless Midland does not carry though. Now that is my understanding.

Midland has done nothing wrong and has immediately taken care of the problem which is exactly what the SEC wants to see happening in a company ... being responsible and quick to handle such problems as this when they occur however if a company does not is when the SEC steps in and we know that is another black eye.

But simply yes the SEC has been fully informed.

Dave,
The SEC will do it's best not to damage the stock or the company,IF
the company is taking care of us.
If they felt this was not being handled, you'd be well aware of it already.
Good Trading,
