Patrick, Your showing your stupidity again Junior. ALL stock dividends go Ex the amount of the dividend on the ex date. Any brokerage firm sales assistant will tell you that. When I spoke to Colin Smith today he was seriously pissed when I told him about your post last night and said he would try to find out who leaked the info to you even though it was incorrect. He also expressed no particular interest in having the Company continue to buy back shares at this time. Though he does plan on continuing, he and his family's personal stock purchases.
While the dividend may have helped move the stock a little today. The stock was going up anyway. It had its technical washout on Wednesday thanks in part to a Yahoo board shareholder placing a 200,000 share buy order to stop the shorting. It might have take a little longer to make a move to the 2.00 plus area, but in the long run would have ultimately sustained a higher price then it will now with reduced shareholders equity.
Since I feel in such a good "beat up on Patrick" mood anyway. Let me state a few more OT facts about you.
I have followed your way of doing business on SI for several weeks now. If I might speak for the majority of Internet TGSK shareholders I think I can safely say what we and the Company don't need is this type of BS hype you have gotten a reputation for. Let me give a few examples:

Long term, I feel its a good company. Major deals are in the works, and should be announced soon. However, I'm not especially comfortable with the risk/reward rario right now. Shows strength at current levels, but eventually, I'm expecting a pullback to the .60 range. Who knows, though.
Three days later.

I'm suddenly more optimistic about ARXA now than when I started the thread at .35!!!! I've been informed of some major developments. . . I'm still researching what I'm allowed to say. But I can say this now. . . we will be seeing some terrific news out soon, further acqusitions. And current buying is actually institutional buying. . . should continue. I'll try to find out what specifics I can post, and then I'll let you know.

MAJOR ARXA NEWS!!!!!! *********WOW!!!!!!***********
Just got the ok to post MOST of what I've discovered about ARXA. Its incredible. I thought it was a great stock when I mentioned it at .35. . . now I can hardly believe what we've got.
A) Acquisition News. . . 2nd and 3rd acquisitions are finalized. Major acquisitions. Will probably see first announcement as soon as next week. One acquisition is a 31 year old company with interests in over 600 oil wells!!!! Will more than double the total assets of the company once again!!! We also will be getting back engineering reports from the first acquisition, probably sometime next week. Preliminary outlook: ARXA got a much better deal than first anticipated!!! There's a heck of a lot more oil in the ground than we thought!!!!!!!
B) Institutional Buying News. . . Two friendly retail brokerages, Texas Capital and Lumine, are just beginning to accumulate ARXA. They will be making a market in the stock. . . these are two very friendly MM's. They'll be buying on the open market, their broker will be selling the stock to investors, and Texas Capital and Lumine will just continue to accumulate!!! I'm also told that SEVERAL mutual funds are beginning to accumulate ARXA. . . not hedge funds either!!! These groups will continue to accumulate over following days. They've just begun. There is also a group out of Florida who plans on buying 100,000 shares per day!!!!
C)Exchange listing. . . It appears that ARXA will be meeting with the American Stock Exchange on June 9, in regards to the possibility of obtaining an AMEX listing. Only stepping stone is stock price, and. . . if half of the stuff mentioned above comes to fruitation (which I firmly believe most if not all will. . .). . . ARXA will have no problem with that either.
D) Promotion I've also been told that an e-mail about ARXA is going to be sent to 68 MILLION people. No, not a typo. 68 MILLION. Believe it or not. . . It also appears that a very, very hot internet promotional group has come aboard with the PR for ARXA. . . I won't mention their name, but some of you may be able to guess who I'm referring to. . .
CONCLUSION: ARXA is hugely undervalued at current levels. $5 is possible, maybe even likely. . . and higher is not out of the question!!!! The institutional groups I've mentioned are prepared to purchase up to 4 million shares!!! Actual float is 1.7 million. . . they are prepared to buy out the float, then buy it again if they have to (if you are wondering how they could purchase more than the float. . . remember that MM's have the potential to hold a short position).
So make sure to give ARXA a long, hard look. And look now, because I don't think you'll be looking at the same stock price too much further in the future.

Some more exciting info from the ARXA front. . .
A major shorter of ARXA has contacted the company this morning. He attempted to purchase 300,000 shares from the company. ARXA had none of it, would not sell him a share. ARXA is due to break, as the shorters will be forced to cover on the open market. Bottom line is they are scared, and want to cover. I also was told that options for more than the above mentioned 300,000 shares were requested. . . so short position may be in the realm of 750,000 shares.

Takeover rumors. . .
My source tells me there is a strong possibility of ARXA being taken over for $5-7, by a company listed on a major exchange. Wasn't able to find out the name of the potential acquirer.
Patrick, It just so happens I know Craig Ford the President of ARXA. He has done a wonderful job since he took over the Company and is rapidly making ARXA into a Real Oil Company. But he was floored when I told him about some of your posts and would like to know who gave you the OK. Particulary this last one about the 5-7 takeover. He will be the first to tell anyone that his Company is currently not worth anywhere near that number in a takeover. In fact the last three posts you made each have caused a 10% decline in its stock price the day after your posts. Due to the incredulous nature of your hype.
And then of course there was this post you put on the ARXA board on April 27:

MY NEW STOCK PICK!! VNSR. . .
Well folks, I brought out ARXA at .35. Many of you enjoyed a ride to levels as high as 1 1/2 in only days. Over a quadruple. While ARXA is still a sound company, the risk reward ratio of other stocks are becoming more attractive than this one. Currently I love VNSR. Currently .11 by .12. Not much info, but I hear that they will be announcing .07 earnings either this week or next (from upward revision of artifact appraisal). A fully SEC reporting company. In addition to the earnings, a major investment group is rumored to be "running" the stock, beginning early next week. . . target is .50. A major steal if any of these rumors are correct (which I firmly believe they are).
Fact is that ARXA never did reach $1.50 and your new pick VNSR is down 25%.
The real Stock Market Works not with hype artists, but with knowledgeable, educated investors putting their money on real values. Your technique of "Pump and Dump" might be good for your little group of opportunists, but it in most cases could be disastrous for the long term health of legitimate young companies. |
