Anything that's written in green and bold and italics and practically screams at you from the page has got to be crap

Mark, that's been obvious from the beginning. The spin doctors are doing a valiant job tonight putting a positive spin on this, but they will fail. I love Carson's flip flop. First he says this is a final ruling, no appeals, over, done, signed, sealed and delivered. Now that the ruling has gone against KRY, he says it's just the beginning. What a crock!

The point is that the legalities of this case mean diddly-squat now. The bubble has burst. The hot air of speculation that had KRY defying gravity for so long has escaped. The princes have turned back into frogs. The wise men are fools. KRY is now just another junior gold exploration company with few assets in a hostile country. Look at the charts of other companies in similar situations at the moment and then imagine what the market will do with this one. I'd say .50 would be generous. I'd estimate its worth at about 25 cents give or take a dime.
