Quilty-Thanks for your post. You're looking from the outside in. I believe you got involved in this stock because of Aura. I look at Aura(Harry Kurtzman) and wonder what he is thinking. I think you'll have to wait and see about Newcom and their true underlying potential(without Aura). If looking at books from an accounting view point, then many companies wouldn't look that appealing. Why did you start shorting this stock? How did you get pointed in their direction? I purchased the IPO at $9.50/Unit. Now that same unit is worth $13.75. I wouldn't consider buying this stock above $13.50 until the company becomes more open regarding their intentions. I believe this industry will have to consolidate (too many products and too much R&D spent on the same technology). Other companies in this industry could consolidate with companies like Newcom and be a strong force in the industry (DIMD,ZOOM,BOCI,CREAF,etc) --- all are currently struggling (stock price/competition) and looking for other alternatives. I guess it's a waiting game. What's your exposure to Newcom's management? It seems that their extremely quiet, and your position (short selling is based on Aura and Aura's management). If it's different, then please state the reasons. Thanks for your input.
