Hahahaha! You are "wasting" your time with me because you know who has good judgement around here, even if you hate to admit it.

Well, in short, Creaf stands by its numbers and projections for 1999, and I think they might be right, even though analysts are bringing their numbers down for that year, too.

And Creaf has three products coming out this summer (Live, PCI, and ISA) which carry gross margins in the 40% to 60% range. Sales should be good. This will help take care of the two problems I have been pointing out (lack of margin exansion combined with weak revenue growth). I think there could be a turnaround in the December quarter.

In the meantime, the stock will suffer from the bear market in tech stocks and doubts about whether Creaf will come through. As I have said before, it all comes down to when the market starts pricing in 1999. But for the truly long-term investor, now is probably a good time to buy.

Happy Investing!
