Not that I have found and I have searched. If you find one let us know. I have asked VSE about it and the webmaster says he'd love to offer free real time but cannot put all the pay services out of business.

Canada Stockwatch canada-stockwatch.com Get a one month free subscription. You get a free $3 credit every day for a month to use for reports that cost money, ie. search directors, roles, links to insider trading reports etc.

For VSE you can get pretty well everything right from their new web site.

Here's a couple of sites that may be of interest. This first one gives a pretty good description of what goes on in the U.S. markets regarding insider trading and likely is very similar to the Canadian:

This second one offers free access to insider trades on the VSE only I believe, but there's a lot of TSE listed companies since many companies have dual listings:

ftp.bcse.gov.bc.ca

I don't know of a Canadian free realtime either.
