skeeter--

no, i remember the market didnt turn, but you have to give MU credit where credit is due. they did a better job on the transition to 8" wafers and 16Mb parts that anyone expected.

when we talk about turns, i am thinking in terms of MU being profitable. for a while, they were. the funny thing is, i honestly thought the company would have started to turn around again by now. i think what has happened since 96 is pretty normal for the industry and that 95 was the anomaly.

lets be realistic for a second...what is the actual likelyhood of MU going broke during this downturn. how good is the chance that they will break, say...below 12.5?

good luck to all.
