There is a big difference between stirring the pot and pissing in it. Charters first words were scam, no gold, offshore holdings etc yet he offered no substantive evidence. Why did he do this? What were his real intentions? IMO the person that shouts fire in a crowded room is usually the one that lit it, kind of like a habitual offender returning to the scene of his crime. If and when the IPM debacle plays out in a court of law we will see what the real intent of the people shouting fire was.
