The web site is a joke. They brag on themselves for financial achievements made in 1995. Their "What's New" section has been "under construction" for a year and a half. I don't even know why they have it.

As to the stock buy-back; I'm not sure this stock would go up even if they bought back all 12 million shares. :-)
