greetings, just back in town from the windy city:

let me start by saying i refuse to entertain questions on this ridiculous lawsuit, it is nothing but crap. i applaud wmi for one thing, and that is trying to get something for nothing, nice job boys but don't waste the time or effort. i guess you'll have to find another way to cover you and your friends short position. this suit has already been dismissed in another court, basically they repackaged it and took it to another judge. they must be nervous about wast's future, maybe they know what wast has added in revenue and are afraid they are going to get hit DEEP in the pockets, they bet against wast all this time and now they see that they have put themselves in a corner. you guys are screwed give it up and take your losses.

i will not waste anymore time on this lawsuit unless new items come out that need to be addressed. and wurger cut your losses and get out, you and your kind have failed.

now news of the expo.....wast is going to begin to roll. action is on the horizon. the show has a history of creating buying opportunities. wast will capitalize off the show in a HUGE way.
new markets are opening up to them as we speak. wast made a presence at the show. i personally overheard the top acquisition person, at a certain company based in the EASTERN part of the country, almost begging a landfill owner not to talk to the people at wast. could they be nervous that their $25 dollar stock is not as attractive as wast's $2 stock to potential acquisitions. also was easterns chairman at one time an associate of WMI. i think he was, so maybe the timing of this lawsuit was intentional. give wast bad press and chase the buyers to another company. good plan. also wast was visited by no less the 4 wall street proffessionals asking about the company's future, does that sound like a stock that is not being noticed. how about all those investment bankers looking for blocks of stock, one even went by 4 times hoping to catch mr. sterritt. oh my.... was that the ceo of superior waste visiting the booth.....look at that, the regional manager for usa waste in fla just came by for a fifth time to talk about this dumping rates at wast's facilities.....who's that one of whit hudson's boys dropping by to say hello, give uncle wayne wast's regards........look here easterns ceo came by to talk to dale, they were gone for quite some time walking the floor and talking......rumors are that a 30 million dollar private company is looking for wast to buy them out........ was that dale sterritt at the american waste party rubbing elbows.........well look at this waste age, waste news, and c-d recycling magazines have all been by to talk to mr. sterritt.

it sounds like wast is getting noticed. due to this show expect wast to double revenues in 60 to 120 days. also they have continued to cut cost at their florida operations, this month alone they have shaved $120,000.00 off their monthly expenses due to the continuing consolidation of their purchases.

sincerely a very tired:
