Mr. Ex,

Many people did pay the $1.50 you indicated and the ones listed in last evenings posts probably did too. The people I know of (one listed as an affiliate) bought at$1.00. These were eligible in November, 1997
I thought that these issues were sold in 25,000 share blocks. They could, however, be divided by qualified and certain invited investors.

There is nothing wrong with this registration process. Most of these shareholders do this as soon as they are eligible.

Is a company required to file a form 4
if they sell?
I subscribe to "insider trader" also, and
it has the dollar amount of the transaction...
Does this mean that they have sold for this amount?
