Mark, your float number is a little low. It was at least 3.4 million pre-split if you add all the insider sales. Actually, I thought we had counted more insider sales than what shows on Yahoo, but who knows? Actually, Kleiner Perkins' stake, as shown in this year's proxy, has dropped by about 652,000 shares or 1.3 million post-split. Some of that shows up in the 144 filings under various names of KP investors. Add to that sales by other insiders and the total float could be around 7.5 million. Still relatively thin, hence the successful squeeze, but it is at least growing. Wonder whether we'll see a rash of new filings for this week.

PS: Just rechecked last month's short interest. At 4.3 million pre-split, that implies a much bigger float than the SEC filings suggest. How can the SI be almost a million shares (pre-split) bigger than the registered float?
