TO ALL. MUST READ Short summary of current situation: A) FACTS 1) FAMH is a real company with real products = NO development stage as many other OTC BB's. 2) FAMH is in the staffing industry = VERY HOT SECTOR. 3) We have an 80+ mn company now, compared to 8.5 mn in 97 = 10 TIMES BIGGER and one of the biggest OTC BB companies you can find. 4) Company is currently PROFITABLE. Only 2.5 % of all OTC BB's. (10 K + Q will verify that). 5) No appreciable long term debt. 6) 12 mn line of credit with Bristol Asset Management has not been accessed so far. NO intention by FAMH to do so = wants to operate on POSITIVE CASH FLOW. 7) Nasdaq listing is still a chief goal (surprises always possible...). 8) dilution through acquisitions is a concern now, but (IMO) EPS will outweigh that by far. LATEST DEVELOPMENTS: 1) New president. Seems very busy to me. 2) New accounting firm to put things in order. 3) New expense and cost control guidelines implemented. 4) FAMH website is up (www.firamadainc.com) 5) And not to forget: currently minimal downside potential due to MM's , bashers and whiners. WHAT THE COMPANY WANTS TO DELIVER: 1) CFO. Already hired a strong one. Announcement to come shortly. 2) 10 K + Q. Are in work. 3) Info about MD contracts. Are under review. 4) Reduction of shares (NO REVERSE SPLIT intended). Look at this picture and tell me where you can get such a company at this price.....
