I don't manufacture these "rumors", however, and don't resort to "short psychology" for the sake awkward manipulation. I've also stated before that I covered my short position in Vivus several weeks ago but still watch the ED stocks with keen interest (I've been shorting ZONA for several weeks). As far as my "bad calls" in the past -- well you'll have to ask Dr. Bond about how far off target they really were at the time. I stand by my current prediction (for what it's worth) and would actually say more if I could. One final thought -- if the long's position on Vivus was so obvious, why does the short interest remain so high? Bradpalm1
