news: "South Korean stocks plunged more than 8% Friday, closing at an 11-year low as investors dumped shares on fears that the yen's sharp fall against the dollar will spark another Asian financial crisis. Late in Asian trading, the yen recovered slightly against its U.S. counterpart. Stocks in Tokyo and Hong Kong eked out gains."

news: "JAPAN OFFICIALLY confirmed Friday that its economy is in recession, as gross domestic product shrank 1.3% in the first quarter compared with the previous quarter. The GDP decline was far worse than the 0.3% contraction forecast by a poll of private analysts."

Bluejeans: You call that a prediction? 20 before 10. Lgnd has already lost about 20-25% of its value on good news and now you want me to bet that it will lose another 20 - 25% get lost I don't make sucker bets. Why don't you try making a realistic prediction. There wasn't a peep out of you when it went from 18 down to the 12's. I also noticed you put no time limit on your prediction. This way 5 years from now if the stock hits 20 you can be in your glory and say you made a correct prediction for the first time in your life. The thread will throw you a party for your keen predictive abilities. Your just like Lgnd, pathetic. do you read what you post? Would you have been happier making this bet when Ligand was 15? Are you stating that your prediction would be that Ligand will hit 20 before it hits 10? Please let me know where you stand on this issue . btw: Do you post on yahoo?
