TM, because of your posting I did DD as you can read on PRWT thread. I really surprised with what I found. That's because of you, your posting. Thanks anyway.....:) About income per capita, I think you know that is an average number. For example, in Indonesia, income per capita only $US1200 per annum. But millions of people have capability to have $60,000's house and $20,000's car. About mortgage, as far as I know, usually people took a 5 years or above plan. I have another story on this stock. Yesterday evening, around 6:30 pm, I woke up and heard sounds like someone or something whispered that PRWT has a news out. I turned on my computer and found it. And then, again I heard another one that said I have to keep this stock until X-mas. I asked, why. I just got the answer that PRWT is a dollars' stock. It's hard for me to believe it but I decided to take its chance. You don't have to believe it, of course...:) Because, I also didn't believe what I heard. Good luck to all of you. MM
