If people here did in fact conspire against the shareholders of RMIL I seriously doubt if they would admit that on a thread, in public.

Allen, just how do you define "conspire" ??

Was this a conspiracy by the Nays, or in reality a "counter-conspiracy" aimed at debunking the disinformation campaign aimed at hyping OVIS/RMIL.

Or was it that we thought Riley and Pug's claims and diatribe's really just made people want to debunk them as less than credible sources of information. I actually had more fun watching Pugs waffle everytime one of his predictions failed to come true. Yet he would voice them as if they were already fact.

You guys toss around conspiracy theories pretty aggressively without looking at the possibilities that RMIL shareholders were pawns in a higher stakes game.

Regards,

Ron

al, I agree with what your saying, as I am one of the "stupid" ones from an RMILian prospective . The question I have for you is,wouldn't the reverse qualify as well? would the Cartel,Riley,Pug's and anyone(no pun intended)on the "private email" list be considered to be conspiring against Mork, through colusion? If it could be proven through the means you mentioned that these shareholders conspired to manipulate the price by working in concert, how would that fit into the scenario? Intersting prospective,IMO.Could Mork be paid compensory damages or damages for defamation of character, loss of business, etc.Apparently he has done nothing illegal form an SEC point of view.. Comments, anyone? <lol> love the way that comes out..you picked a great handle...DD
PS: I've also wondered this same thing about the "Big Dog" thread, planned buys to drive the price,"don't place limit orders",trying to "paint the tape" etc..
