"From a fundamental standpoint, it's just another pickle in the jar for THQ,"

I think either Wedbush fired the previous Wedbotch analyst or it finally realized its stupidity in the past. I totally agree with James Lin this time. WWF won't affect THQ until late 1999, yesterday announcement is just a comforter for the worried in-experienced investors. Plus it demostrates the ability of THQ/BF.

Now my only concern with Wedbush is its extreme-low price target of $40 in 12mos, I hope it won't repeat the mistake again by another downgrade shortly after its price target is reached. We all knew what happened last year. $40 can easily seen in 6 mos!

In the near term, our focus should put on Quest64, Granstream Saga, World Coup 98. More important, THQ must repaint itself as a high-quality game publishers. I browsed the Usenet yesterday and I found Quest64 is highly anticipated which is great, but many gamers have negative comment about THQ's game quality, including their ONLY inhouse title!
