Grilled fresh Swordfish marinated overnight in POG juice, fresh guacamole from local avacados, fresh salsa, sharp cheddar, organic local lettuce, grilled local pineapple, local lime juice on fresh Maui made green spinach tortillas and red pepper tortillas. A Luau for the mouth. So good, we had them 3 nights in a row. Million seller. Real estate there has never been cheaper, since Oriental tourism has virtually disappeared. They will be back.
