ORCTF bringing the deal today after waiting a week for a lousy market. This is not too bright. This kind of reminds me of their announcement screw - up some months back. These fellows may be excellent engineers but they need help in finding their way around the capital markets. Are they that desperate for cash that they have to do the deal today - even this month. This lack of common business sense always gives one pause to consider whether these guys can run a business. Yes I own some BBTK. Actually I bought it for the good premium on the calls in order to write covered calls. JFD
