You know what David Walsh said to my lawyer when I sue him for fraud, he said "Show me the evidence there is any false doing on Basera resources....". Gee...I am not sure, perhaps Bre-X, BSR got de-listed. Would that be good enough evidence? The fact that he acted ignorance and denied everything, doesn't stop all these lawsuit, the fact that he is dead most certainly doesn't stop the lawsuit. Hey, he never felt guilty nor any apology given when he and his wife sucked in 60 million dollars in their own pockets. Good thing someone withheld their money.
