No, they float it out there and hope that the succeeding quarter will produce some results. By then, most will have forgotten about the BUY recommendation, thus resulting in no accountability. In the meantime, do they help to get their big clients out of CPQ by selling into the buying generated by the upgrade? Many questions, few honest answers.
