I live in Canada too. I feel the sting of taxes. Like you, some of my MINE are in a RRSP, sheltered from the taxman, at least for a while.

Doug, I know that some people with lots of share will buy more if they can. I just wanted to point out that the other attitude (got a lot and would rather sell some) is also perfectly legitimate. There is no reasons why insiders should hold their shares forever if they do not want to.
