Thanks Wayne. Information galore on Kazakhstan on that site. It'll take me hours to sift through it.

I've had a bad impression of that country from different sources, but I do not know much about the country. Does anybody have any thoughts about the good and the bad things about the country, and the possibilities of Steppe Gold having success there? Even though the country is rich in minerals how successful are mining companies there? Some opinions would be very useful to assess the possibilities of this latest agreement.

By the way, I just got my 1998 Antares Annual Report (actually a few of them) this morning. I haven't read it yet but it certainly is more colourful than last year's report. Must be that Antares is climbing up the ladder except for the share price which I hope will climb up much more soon.

Regards,
Ray Fidler

ANZ's investment in Steppe is getting plenty of media attention I am happy to say, and it is one of the stories on the Yahoo feed at:
search.news.yahoo.com

On another note, with Ojolali hosting so much silver, ANZ threadsters may find this article on Silver very interesting (5 min. read).
