I'll bet JV made a mistake showing your ownership interest of 53.9%. That was supposed to be a secret !!

By the way, since you say you returned 3,380,000 shares to Airstar, they must still with the company. Aren't they? They weren't sold were they? If they were, who got the money? Did the company make a gift of them to someone? If so, who? Did the company use them to pay for services? If so, what services or products were paid for and to whom and for how much?

But, since I assume none of the foregoing occured, the stock must be still in the company treasury. Let's declare a stock dividend. What do you say Joe? OK?

The company did send you a rescission letter didn't it? Why don't you post the letter and the grounds the company states as the reasons for rescinding the contract.

We're fair Joe. We will give you the benefit of every doubt. Just let us see the letter and decide.
