This is the way MM's work...they will take in all the buys they can stand....when the buying slows up, the first sell will cause the bid to drop, then the ask will drop. They can take 5 or 6 buys, then 1 sell will cause them to start dropping off the bid...trying to create more "panic selling" If no one sells into these "fakes" they will bring the price back up to induce selling.
