Indeed they did Bill.. I have been here for a while, though not as long as yourself and Gary, and through my research I know what the potential of this company is, but also know that it will be a while before that potential is realized. Perhaps if people would take their time to so some research, and not expect to be rich in a week, they'd come to the same conclusions. Happy Trading, Israel.

Always beware of "do gooders". I received an EMAIL today from someone advising me to file a complaint to the SEC for their failure to file a timely 10K. The EMAIL goes on to say that this complaint vehicle is the way to force the company to file or face the pink sheets. I strongly discourage anyone from filing a complaint to the SEC. If others have also received this email, ignore it, delete it. The last thing the company and its shareholders needs right now is the SEC coming to our "aid". BTW, since many NON reporting companies aren't on the pink sheets yet, I doubt that a reporting company would be relegated there just for filing delays. Nevertheless, please be careful of "Good Samaritans". TG
