Joe I like to be warned about the VSE predators as much as the next guy but I happen to be familiar with the circumstance your referring too. When Vantage was trading at $15.00 a share Mr. Gujral secured a financing at twenty dollars a share! Ms Huckstable got wind of this and that was enough for her to halt trading of VEC. When it resumed trading the stock was $7.00 a share and could never really recover. So where do you think that terrific deal that was supposed to go into Vantage is going to go? Perhaps Cachet Enterprises? It seems to me that company is being groomed for just that particular deal and if rumor of that deal drove Vantage to $15.00 what will it do to Cachet.
