To add to the non-scientific data against shorting GBUR:

At the recent fund-raising events at my daughter's school, GBURs were served as the Vegetarian entree.

My family and I are not vegetarians, but we do buy GBURs at Costco, and have actually been eating more of them since they became available at Costco. They are easy to prepare, and nutritious.

Disclaimer: I have not looked at the financials at all.
