MIND; 2 day spurt in anticipation of ''posted'' 6/10 reporting date?

Shows that there will be another slight run up a day or 2 prior to the actual release date... looked like short term/daytrading speculative buying to me. They apparently sold when the new release date was posted - IMHO.

Most importantly; in light of the Investor suits; wouldn't MIND be under tremendous legal pressure to pre-warn of any bad news ? IE: no warning sure looks like they will hit the numbers to me. Also, wasn't there a big contract that just barely missed getting booked in Q1, falling into Q2 ? If so, could be a nice little pop upon release of earnings if positive (which I expect !) add that to a small rebound that may be starting today and the fact that we are that much closer to OPEC meeting etc. - not a bad little scenario to be buying some more MIND. It's allready a strong value play !

Any legal experts or anyone care to make conjectures about the resolution of the lawsuits and the $ potential impact in a worst case scenario ?
