Joe, as a potential Harvard Business School case study, TMMI's news releases and resultant market reaction would make interesting reading and plentiful debate. The diminishing effects of subsequent news releases are in direct relation to the quality of the releases themselves. Thus, a brief flurry of activity (from existing holders), followed by market indifference. Unfortunately that's the current story, whether we like it or not.

JP, you da man! Just checking in from Salt Lake City and catching up on the posts. See you had the scoop of the day yesterday with the very positive updates from Tom. I don't understand the drop in price since then though. It sounds like Tom answered our most serious concerns.

Let me know when I can come back to town. Yes I know we always go up when I leave.

jp, When ever you see the first trade of the day being 1000 or 500 shares at these prices it is the MM setting the trend for the day. It stimulates others to sell to them. This indicates the MM want people to sell to them to either cover a short or to accumulate. I see this as a general rule in all stocks. The amount of shares vary with the price of the stock.
