Today was indeed the annual corporate meeting. Just as a >>coincidence<< today is also the day I received my proxy. Unfortunately the meeting was at 10am so it is to late for me to get in my vote......... proxyvote.com Proposals >>as RECOMMENDED by the directors<< included election of Smith & Co., as auditors, 1 for 10 reverse split, amendment of bylaws and other matters. Was the late mailing intentional? Did anyone else receive their proxy? were you aware that you could participate in a proxy vote via the internet? reddy
