GBUR is not the burger substitute, its the stock. The success of the burger doesn't necessarily equate to a successful stock play. The success of the stock has more to do with competition and management. They are a limited menu producer in tough competition with the big producers. I have followed the stock for years but have never invested. The occasional news stories always move it up and it falls back following the news play. Short it here, cover later and wait for another news spike and short it again. The company will probably be around for awhile. A buyout is unlikely because the technology of making a fake burger is pretty basic, the only thing they may have is name and market share which they are having trouble with.
