I along with Bill, Gary, and Ben have all seen NVXE technology. My personal experience with NVXE's 3D film did involve "electronic" 3 D glasses, played on my home big screen TV. As I have said before, the 3d images were amazing to say the least, far superior to anything in any IMAX production I've ever seen. I'm no 3D expert, but seeing items in 3D that seemed to jump out at you from the screen, combined with NO HEADACHE symptoms as is common with traditional 3d venues, was impressive. That impressiveness, combined with much lower costs of production, makes NVXE the absolute cutting edge. I'm not usually so upbeat, (as some of you may have seen), but I am not afraid to admit NVXE technology has real promise.

Chris.... this subject has been discussed at great length over the last 12-18 months or so.... Yes, NVXE requires glasses, but not the colored glasses you're thinking of.

For home use, they're electronic (battery operated). For the big screen (so called silver screen) polarized glasses are required (non-battery operated).

As Surfca2 said.... the image is very good. The demo I saw was on a 32 inch SONY TV (in a similar setting to how one might view a pay per view movie over cable, or satellite...delivered by Star Satellite for example).

....in closing....for the individual who thinks the SEC could give a rip about an OTC:BB company not filing on time.... There is no requirement for them to file in the first place. If they get listed with NASD (i.e. Nasdaq small cap), then they're required to file.....

It would make no sense at all at this point to waste the money to file financials that are in continuous flux.... Hasn't everyone noticed the merger news lately? Everytime they add a piece to the pie they'd have to rewrite the financials....

Give them a chance to finish adding the pieces, including the most important piece "The necessary working capital".... and then lets take a look at the combined proformas..... until then...it makes no sense to spend the time and money to file financials of any type for the investor's benefit. I'm certainly not interested in having them waste what little time and money they have on filing voluntary documents in order to make a minority segment of the current investor base "comfortable"....

As soon as the funding is in place, and the final pieces are inserted into the NVX puzzle...then it will make perfect sense to hire an outside CPA firm to pull the numbers together, and to get back on schedule with filing (to attract new investors who require that feature in order to invest).
