Here is what I have been able to find out verfy / clarfy.. I misunderstood some information ... NASDAQ and SEC have been notified by the news releases not by a letter as I have previously stated. The Texas Security Agency task force (which is the SEC, FBI, IRS, etc etc) has been informed what is going on by the company along with the TA. This is where the letter went so actually I was correct. Look folks I am not an insider and I am posting what I can find out and I will make corrections as I need to. John has/is already talking to the FBI. The company is awaiting the CUSIP number and upon which time they get the CUSIP number they will sent the resolution and all to NASDAQ at which time NASDAQ will either honor or change the execution date at which time the company will have to comply with that change. Now if NASDAQ makes a change then the company will have to put a press release. I cannot verify any warrants or anything of that nature on Dan Fisher either. Trying and the number for the FBI I posted was an error (bardonics) intead of the 412 it should have been 214 720-2200. I have left messages ... I am trying but basically I cannot keep up with the daily operations and what not of the company unless I go down to Houston and sit in the office and listen to every word that is said. and someone goes and sits in all the attornies working on this offices and listens to everything that is said. I am trying the best I can and I can be wrong but attorneys have it and they are doing what they have to do. Things will be straigthen out just going to take some time so the company can get it done. I do not know everything but I am actively working on it. Learning with every step I take and learning that verbatum is not wise, to clarify what I think I am hearing. Heck we all are guilty is that. This is a fluid situation which means I am not going to be able to give you an exact answer I can only give you the basic parameters. Now I am long on this stock and I have not changed my mind on it one tiny little bit or anything but though I try to post what is right I am capable of error. This is why everyone should verify and clarify everything cause I do not know everything. Ok back to our regualrily scheduled program. GB
