DJ,

I also agree that I sympathize with RMIL certificate holders and that was my reason for trying to provoke the mmkrs to show their hand by advising shareholders to take an effective tax loss since the their was no active market for the stock. Now we are apparently seeing signs that there, in fact, may be one.

I still encourage shareholders to stick it out on the possibility of a short squeeze, but to also know the risks they face should managment take some action that undermines and dilutes the stock. However, my gut feeling is that the company can't do ANYTHING while the SEC is scrutizing them. And they certianly couldn't do a private placement with mmking firms through some form of "short-extorsion".

I wish I could give either Riley or Pugs the benefit of a doubt, but even when faced with verifiable and credible derogatory information, they chose to pursue their agenda and not look for the "crack" in the mirror.

That they have flung wild and slanderous accusations for most of the past 9 months to anyone in opposition to their perspective, and now one of them has been getting mail from the SEC, as I warned he might, only suggests to me that they needed a little humility. I have been humbled by this market and the regulatory powers that be, and I have gained a new respect for the concept of diligence and objectivity.

Regards,

Ron
