Crossy, plain and simple that Fisher was a wanted guy. He had no choice in the time frame he was given.

Crossy, Try looking at it this way. Fisher has a glass house in his background. He knows something that We don't know about a possible Joint venture or buyout By a very large Corporation. Because of this glass house He is going to get the boot and knows it. So, He try's to get all that He can get by any means, Even resorting to theft by conversion. In other words, He wants all He can get before loosing all He has!! He was desperate!! Now He is hiding so it seems. Hope this helps, Frank

Why Dan Fisher did all this ... well here is who you need to call: Ann
Fielder in charge of the Texas Security Dept. 214 630-8681... The FBI agent's name Steve Kleinlein 214 720-2200 ... You will get all the
information you need and I have left messages but no return call yet. This by the way is Texas task force. They have represenatives from the SEC, IRS, FBI and gosh only knows who else is in this task force.

That is the only thing that can be found out and there are a lot rumors but regardless all Dan has to do is come back to the USA and sit down and straighten all this out. He is a Canadian by birth and I do not know if he is a US citizen or not. If not he is on a visa...

But you are right with this puppy about to break out it seems he prematurly left before the big events were about to happen.

Well the stop transfers have everything halted for sure. Attornies are moving along with it and Midland has a lot to clean up. SO far from what I can find out Midland's only problem is the confusion on the SOR which is strictly up to NASDAQ once Midland gets the CUSIP number and can submit the paperwork. Can't submit it for their approval without the CUSIP number.

I am hoping this happens quickly and catches some folks ...

Crossy, IMO Fisher thought he'd get away with it and make a few extra $$ along the way. Does anybody do something like this expecting to get caught? Hell no. And if he expected to get away with it this time, he probably figured he could continue his game at will.

Just my .02.
